The platform has a professional animal experimental and analytical team. Animal laboratory was accredited by AAALAC. LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS can be used for in vivo pharmacokinetics, tissue distribution, excretion, metabolites identification studies. Quantifying the radioactive concentration in the biological matrix using liquid scintillating counting, microplate scintillating counting and online radioactive flowing detection can be employed for mass balance and metabolite profiling studies. All above these support IND and NDA application.
Drug metabolism and operation in vitro
The platform can carry out in vitro metabolite identification, metabolic stability, metabolic enzyme phenotype, plasma protein binding, enzyme induction/inhibition studies, transporter studies, Caco-2 permeability studies, etc., to support IND declaration.
